I have spent years at another mental health facility. I changed to Valley Cities about 4 mo ago. This place is wonderful. My psychiatrist is great and they offer programs here. They have peer counselors, psychiatrist if you need meds. There are counselors if you choose to use one. No one tells you what's best for you. You decide your care and what will work best for you. All the front desk people are really nice and friendly. I never feel judged here. They also have drug and alcohol help here if that's what you need.

Once you're in and have a scheduled appointment it's not too bad but heavens forbid you need to reschedule an appointment, calls are rarely answered or returned.
