Royal Life Centers saved my life. Their staff is a group of amazing individuals who really care about each guest. Without their help, who knows where I would be. My parents were hesitant to send me across the country at first, but they are so happy now. I finally have a relationship with them that we all treasure and do not take for granted. Thank you Royal Life Centers! Highly recommend.

I am so grateful for all of the staff at Royal!! They saved my life!! In Sumner and in Lacey!!! I will forever be grateful for each and every person there that was a part of my early recovery!!! As of today I have continued my sobriety for over a year and I pray that I never have to live the way I did ever again!! Royal life centers was such a huge part of my recovery! Thank you!!!!!

Don't let the less-than-stellar outside appearence fool you. The staff is super welcoming and they really work hard to make your recovery experience super comfortable.

This facility might not look like much on the outside, but the staff and comfort inside made my wife extremely comfortable during a very difficult time. The low score is due to the corporate office in Florida. Their billing department is both rude and dismissive, as evidenced by my recent experience with someone named Barb. Her supervisor (who never gave his name) was no better. I wish I could recommend this facility, but due to the billing office and an unexplained $25,000 claim unrelated to her inpatient stay itself I would stay far away. Again, the representative was Barb in the billing office, and the call was on 2/15/17 at around 11 AM PST. I would highly recommend moving on from her.
